Most orders are shipped within 48 hours. If your item is out of stock, we'll e-mail you with an approximate shipping date. For rush orders, contact us at mobiles@konrads.com or call 1-877-278-3199.

If your mobile is unsatisfactory, we'll exchange your mobile for another konrads.com item or refund your money, minus shipping and a 10-percent restocking fee. To return your mobile, you must contact us within 30 days of the date the item was shipped. All items must be unopened in original packaging. For questions, contact us at mobiles@konrads.com.
