Go to "My Account" and log in using your e-mail address and the password you received via e-mail. Your order history and status will be available in your account.

Shipping


Shipping times vary from item to item. Each product description includes an estimated shipping timeframe. If you need one of these mobiles in a hurry, be sure to contact us via phone or e-mail to discuss your timeframe.

Standard shipping rates (within the United States):

$35 13 49.99: $6.95
$50 - 99.99: $9.95
$100 - 199.99: $12.95
$200 - up: $15.95

We ship to nearly all international destinations. Most international orders ship via USPS Priority, which normally takes 6-10 business days for delivery. It's the buyer's responsibility to provide an accurate address. Please note that shipping prices do not include taxes, duties, or customs fees.

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept PayPal, Google Checkout, checks, and money orders. Please contact us if you'd like to order using a purchase order.

Returns


If your mobile is unsatisfactory, we'll exchange your mobile for another konrads.com item or refund your money, minus shipping and a 10-percent restocking fee. To return your mobile, you must contact us within 30 days of the date the item was shipped. All items must be unopened in original packaging. For questions, contact us at mobiles@konrads.com.

Your returned mobile must be in re-sellable condition. We can't give refunds to items damaged in the return shipping process, so please package your items carefully.

If your item arrived damaged, please contact us to request a replacement.
