ReturnsIf your mobile is unsatisfactory, we'll exchange your mobile for another konrads.com item or refund your money, minus shipping and a 10-percent restocking fee. To return your mobile, you must contact us within 30 days of the date the item was shipped. All items must be unopened in original packaging. For questions, contact us at mobiles@konrads.com. Your returned mobile must be in re-sellable condition. We can't give refunds to items damaged in the return shipping process, so please package your items carefully.
